We bought it from Elite Caravans and the service was truly excellent from start to finish. The quality of the caravan, which is now nearly 11 years old, is amazing. It was serviced and all minor niggles from our independent inspection were sorted out. We had to travel a long way to collect it and they had stored it for us. It was made ready when we eventually managed to travel down. They were very patient at showing us around the van and as newbies, we had a lot of questions! All-in-all - top quality customer service and we now have a caravan that we will enjoy as a family for a few years to come! Thanks so much to Gary and the team!
